FACTS MANAGEMENT

Among our goals this year is to concentrate our efforts in improving how we manage the business side of the school. In the past few years, many strides have been made in the area of financial stability and information technology. It is in everyone's best interest that we take advantage of these improvements.

As you well know, the tuition payment is critical to our school. It is one of our financial lifelines. With this in mind, we have been searching for a better way to insure we receive tuition payments in a dependable manner, to have up-to-date and accurate record keeping of these payments, to allow us flexibility in dealing with circumstances that may arise during the school year, and to achieve these goals at a savings in time and money. As a result we have decided to use a new tuition management company that is used by over 4000 schools in the country and many in Montana.

Beginning the 2009-2010 school year, we will be implementing the FACTS Tuition Payment Plan. Families will be able to pay their tuition in one of two (2) ways:

1. Payment in Full. This payment is made directly to the school by May 14 and will receive a 3% discount.

2. Two Payment Plans through FACTS -

Over a period of twelve months; beginning June 5th or June 20th.

Over a period of nine months; beginning August 20th or September 5th.

FACTS has a variety of payment options. Bank payments are made by having the funds transferred by your bank on the 5th or the 20th of the month.

Parents can also pay via credit card. MasterCard, Discover, or American Express will have a "convenience fee" of 2.5%.

One of the universal challenges in Christian education is achieving a balance between our educational mission and financial stability. It is precisely for this reason we are enlisting the service of the FACTS Tuition Management. With FACTS, the school maintains decision-making control. We will continue to be able to adjust to any special circumstances that may arise. At the same time, the improved service brought about by the new program will enable us to give increased time and attention to our educational goals.
